The construction industry in Philadelphia is experiencing major growth, driven by residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. There is a demand for skilled labor, and TRBG, Inc. aims to address this need while providing opportunities for marginalized youth and at risk population.
COMM/UNITY BUILDERS
This curriculum aims to provide comprehensive training and support to help youth develop the skills and mindset needed to pursue productive careers in construction, thereby reducing their involvement in gun violence and other criminal activities
REAL SUPPORT
We partner with local schools, community centers, and juvenile justice programs to identify and recruit participants.
- Training: Utilize experienced instructors and mentors from the construction industry to deliver training modules.
- Support Services: Provide counseling, mentorship, and additional support services to address the personal and social challenges faced by participants.
